Workforce Development Scholarship Program

Grow Southeast Alabama is excited to announce our 2026 Workforce Development Scholarship Program for high school seniors and first-year community college students! This program reflects our commitment to strengthening the local workforce while helping students pursue two-year vocational degrees or trade certifications at community colleges across our 11-county service area.

We’re awarding $1,000 scholarships to deserving students—one from each of our 11 counties. Recipients can use these funds toward tuition, course fees, or exam costs at their community college of choice.

Eligibility: High school seniors and first-year community college students who plan to pursue vocational or trade programs within our 11-county region.
